We Coach Adolescence
We're a Norfolk-based group of mentors, working within secondary schools to coach young people through the complex shifts of adolescence - with a specific focus on exploring masculinity and misogyny.
Our desire is to see young people flourish.
The Eden Way
We partner with schools to restore hope, build values, and help young people rediscover purpose. Through authentic conversations and intentional guidance, our mentors support boys in developing character, empathy, resilience, and confidence.
We believe every young man has untapped potential. By fostering consistent, personalised mentoring relationships, Eden helps boys re-engage with education, rebuild relationships, and gain the emotional intelligence and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges. We’re interested in creating young men full of courage.
If every top priority student in Norfolk received 1:1 intentional mentoring we would see the transformation of our local communities and our nation.
What’s Happening with young men?
Schools are seeing a growing number of young men struggling with identity, purpose, and relationships:
Social Isolation - Modern society leaves many young people without community or strong role models.
Digital Influence - Around 73% of Gen Z regularly encounter misogynistic content online. 63% of young people report exposure to pornography, much of which portrays violence against women.
Loss of Direction - Since the pandemic, the number of young men not in education, employment or training (NEET) has risen by 40%, reaching around 788,000.
We’re seeing real
